Engagement.

Cases are accepted on a selective basis, dependent on availability, qualifications, and conflict review.

Preliminary conflict check is completed within 48 hours of intake submission. If the matter passes conflict review, a formal engagement letter is provided setting forth scope of work, fee structure, and timeline.

Existing engagements take precedence over new inquiries. I refer to qualified colleagues when capacity does not permit accepting a new matter.
